How can i contact CozyDecor?

Do you ship worldwide? yes Can i cancel or change my order? We aim to process our orders as fast as possible, so any change/cancellation request must be made within 12 hours of ordering. Any request made after this time frame will unfortunately not be fulfilled. A full refund may be issued after the item is received.

What payments do you recieve? We recieve all major payment types(VISA,AMEX,MASTERCARD) as well as Paypal payments.

When will my order be processed? All orders are handled and shipped out of our warehouse. Please allow extra time for the processing of your order during sale seasons and holidays.Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after ordering and will be shipped right after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

What if i dont recieve my order?

If your order is not received within 30 days of ordering you will be granted a full refund

Will i be charged with customs and taxes? The prices you see on our website are tax free in US-dollars, this means that you may be liable for tax and duties once you receive your order. Import taxes,duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its destination and will be issued by your local customs office. Payments from these charges will be your responsibility and will not be covered by us, any delays related to the customs office are also not our responsibility. for further questions contact your local customs office.

How do i refund an item? Contact us at support@cozydecorshop.com What if the item(s) i received was defective/incorrect/missing? If this happens please contact us along with photographs of the item, your order number and any other references upon receiving your package.We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
